Creo Software Support Consultant

Location: Pune
Experience: 1-2 years

Client – Automotive OEM – on payroll of company. 

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Provide technical support for PTC Creo Parametric CAD software, Vuforia Studio, AR applications, and Creo Simulate.
✅ Troubleshoot and resolve user issues, ensuring seamless software functionality.
✅ Assist in software training and best practice implementation for users.
✅ Collaborate with teams to enhance CAD workflows and efficiency.
✅ Stay updated on latest industry trends and software advancements.

Required Skills:

🔹 Strong knowledge of Creo Parametric and related tools.
🔹 Experience in CAD troubleshooting and technical support.
🔹 Familiarity with AR applications and Creo Simulate is a plus.
🔹 Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
