JOB Title – CAD Application Engineer (Inventor/Revit)
Location: Hingewadi, Ravet area, Pune
Experience: 3-5 years (Autodesk Inventor/Autodesk Revit): Mechanical/Civil Engineer

A leading service provider for software development and design services is looking for dynamic and detail-oriented CAD Application Engineers with a background in Mechanical or Civil Engineering and at least 3+ years of professional experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding client requirements, converting 2D drawings into precise 3D models, and working hands-on with Autodesk Inventor, Revit, or both.

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing CAD Models: Create and maintain detailed CAD models.
• Data Management: Manage and organize data within the CAD software, ensuring accuracy and consistency across various project phases.
• Coordination: Coordinate with different disciplines to identify and resolve clashes or discrepancies within the models, facilitating a smooth workflow.
• Training and Support: Provide training and support to team members and stakeholders on CAD software’s and processes.
• Project Documentation: Generate and maintain project documentation related to CAD processes, including guidelines, protocols, and standards.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest CAD technologies and methodologies, implementing improvements where necessary to enhance project outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Ability to review and analyze application system specifications.
• Strong knowledge of engineering principles and design processes.
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities.
• Strong communication and training skills.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
