Position Overview

Our Client in EV domain is seeking a Simulation Engineer to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in engineering simulation, modeling, and analysis, with the ability to apply advanced computational tools to support product development, validation, and optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform FEA and CAE simulations for critical vehicle subsystems such as chassis, suspension, braking systems, wheels, and steering.
• Conduct MATLAB-based simulations and analysis for mechanical and electrical vehicle systems.
• Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and testing agencies to validate simulation outcomes with real-world performance data.
• Translate engineering requirements into detailed design specifications and actionable models.
• Contribute to system-level design reviews, validation planning, and decision-making.
• Support CAD-based design validation and integration with simulation workflows.
• Stay updated on the latest simulation tools, modeling techniques, and automotive technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Mechanical, Automotive, or related Engineering disciplines.
• 1–3 years of practical experience with FEA and CAE tools (e.g., ANSYS, HyperWorks, Abaqus) and MATLAB/Simulink.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle dynamics, mechanical systems, and electrical integration in automotive applications.
• Familiarity with CAD software (e.g., CATIA, SolidWorks, NX) and the ability to interface CAD data with simulation models.
• Solid understanding of system modeling, multiphysics simulations, and performance validation.
