Job | Design Engineer (Machine Tool Domain) | Ahmedabad

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop machine tool components using SOLIDWORKS, AutoCAD, and Creo.
• Create detailed 2D/3D models, assemblies, and drawings for manufacturing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet technical and quality standards.
• Perform design analysis, simulations, and optimizations to enhance product performance.
• Support prototype development, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and project specifications.
• Document designs, processes, and technical reports effectively.

Requirements:

• B.E. or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• 2-7 years of experience in the machine tool industry.
• Proficiency in SOLIDWORKS, AutoCAD, and Autodesk Inventor.
• Strong understanding of mechanical design principles, GD&T, and manufacturing processes.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Location: Must be willing to work full-time in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with FEA (Finite Element Analysis) and simulation tools.
• Knowledge of CNC machines, tooling systems, or precision engineering.
• Familiarity with industry standards and quality control processes.
