Regional Sales Manager – Software – CAD/CAM 

RadCAM Technologies is one of India’s leading machinery, software service provider and consulting company.

Position Overview

Seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead and expand our CAD/CAM software sales. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in technical software sales, a deep understanding of manufacturing or design processes, and the ability to build strong client relationships.

Location: Bangalore

Salary: Best in Industry, not a constraint for the right candidate

Software Portfolio You’ll Represent

  • GibbsCAM – Advanced CNC programming for multi-axis milling, turning, and multi-tasking machines.
  • Cimatron – Complete CAD/CAM solution for mold, tool design and die makers, from design to NC programming.

 Your Role

  • Take full ownership of sales across your region — from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Identify and engage manufacturers in industries such as aerospace, automotive, precision machining, fabrication, and tool making.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with CNC operators, production heads, plant managers, and engineering teams.
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations, supported by our applications and technical team.
  • Stay on top of local industry trends, customer challenges, and competitor offerings.
  • Manage pipeline, forecast revenue, and report regularly to senior leadership.

 You Bring

  • Minimum 3-5 years of B2B technical sales experience, ideally in CAD/CAMCNC, or industrial automation.
  • Strong understanding of CNC programmingtoolpaths, and manufacturing workflows.
  • Familiarity with one or more of: Metalix, GibbsCAM, Cimatron, Mastercam, NX or similar tools.
  • Experience managing a regional territory and consistently hitting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software.
  • Ability and willingness to travel within your region for client visits, events, and trade shows.
