Experience: 2-3 Years
Qualification: BE/MTech in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering
Domain: Electric Vehicle (EV), preferably 2-Wheeler EV Simulation
Employment Type: Full-Time
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform CAE simulations using ANSYS for structural, thermal, and dynamic analysis of EV components, with a focus on 2-wheeler systems.
- Conduct finite element analysis (FEA) for stress, vibration, and durability assessments.
- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to optimize component designs for performance and manufacturability.
- Validate simulation results with physical testing and provide actionable insights.
- Document analysis processes, results, and recommendations for design improvements.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in CAE tools and EV technology.
Key Requirements:
- BE/MTech in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering.
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience in CAE simulations using ANSYS (Workbench, Mechanical APDL, or similar).
- Strong understanding of FEA principles, structural mechanics, and material science.
- Experience in 2-wheeler EV simulation (e.g., battery packs, chassis, motor components) is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, CATIA) for geometry preparation.
- Familiarity with EV-specific challenges, such as lightweighting and thermal management, is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with ANSYS Fluent or other CFD tools.
- Knowledge of crash simulation or NVH analysis for EVs.
- Exposure to multi-body dynamics (MBD) tools like ANSYS Motion or Adams.
